We are dedicated to matching you up with the perfect rug. So if for any reason you are not satisfied, we will issue a full refund on your purchase up to 45 days. Please see our return policy for more details on returns.

Product Availability

Generally all of our rugs are in stock and available for shipping within 2-4 business days. However due to warehouse inventory fluctuation during certain periods, orders may be placed on back order. In this case we will notify the buyer and cancel the order upon request. Feel free to contact us before placing your order.
