Shipping Method and Time
All our rugs ship with FedEx ground service. Shipping within the contiguous United States is FREE on all rugs. Once you’ve placed your order you will receive an email with your tracking number.
Orders usually ship within 1-3 business days after your purchase and may vary depending upon distribution center or manufacturer’s processing time. Please keep in mind the manufacturers need time to fulfill your order, and in some cases, produce the product.
After the order is shipped it can take 2-7 business days for delivery and a tracking number will be provided for you to follow the package at your convenience.
We are unable to schedule delivery for an exact date or time, or call before delivery. If you are unavailable to accept your package, the shipping courier may leave the package at your door or leave a note.
Rugs that are oversized or too large to ship with ground parcel will be shipped with an LTL trucking or White Glove company. These orders can take 10-14 business days from date of shipment to be delivered. They will contact you to schedule a delivery appointment. These items will be delivered curbside of your destination address and it is the customer’s responsibility to carry it inside.
Every item on RugLots.com ships for free! Shipping is Free on orders to any address in the continental United States. We do this to save you money and keep our pricing simple. There’s no surprises or hidden costs, whatever price you see in your shopping cart is what you pay, with one exception, sales tax on orders shipping to New Jersey.
As soon as your order will be shipped the tracking information will be displayed for on your order details. Please sign in into your Account . Click on the " Track Your Order" link in the Orders section. If you have more than one order that has shipped, select the specific order on your account page.
